Well in this case that’s no doubt
~The owners have had almost 25 years of enjoyment but they have decided its time to move on, and they will miss it.
~When they purchased the tract it had no improvement’s, only 4-5 year old logging roads and loading decks, all of the mature pine and roughly 80% of the oaks and various hardwoods had been harvested , it was a whole lot of work but they set out to transform it and they did.
~First improving the interior accessibility and establishing deer habitat improvements.
~Next was power and a well then pole shed and later a camper. ( included )
~Year round feeding and food plot management

~Next by hand with a dibble they planted loblolly on the tract for future income all the while hunting being the prize. Some of the pines on 6×6 and some 12×12 with no herbicide and the results speak for themselves in the pictures.
~Currently surrounded by large tracts, family owned, timber Company and a managed Planation for quail and deer (140 or higher score is the minimum)
